The OPP Method — Other People’s Properties — is the system Kendrick Henry used to build the foundation of the Grow Moringa Collective. By finding existing moringa trees, working out agreements with property owners, harvesting their greens, drying the leaves, and selling finished products, Kendrick built a route of more than 300 properties across Tampa Bay.
The OPP WAY
From backyard harvesting to a USA wholesale growers & suppliers. In 2016, Kendrick Henry began harvesting moringa trees from other people’s properties. By partnering with homeowners and landowners across Tampa and St. Petersburg, he turned unused trees into opportunity — harvesting greens and selling them directly at farmers markets.
Proof of Concept
Kendrick Henry harvested moringa trees from other people's properties during the week, dried the greens, and sold dried moringa loose leaf at farmers markets on the weekends — often generating $1,000 or more in weekly sales during the growth of the business. This was early 2016.
That experience eventually helped Kendrick acquire his first property and build what became the Grow Moringa Collective Headquarters in Plant City, Fl.
