Our culture is rooted in cooperation rather than competition. When one member succeeds, the entire collective grows stronger. We support each other by sharing knowledge, promoting each other's work, and building businesses together. We buy moringa from each other and share resources.

The Grow Moringa Collective is more than a network of growers and entrepreneurs. It is a living community built on shared values, collaboration, and a deep respect for people, animals, plants, and the planet.
From backyard harvesting to a USA wholesale growers & suppliers. In 2016, Kendrick Henry began harvesting moringa trees from other people’s properties. By partnering with homeowners and landowners across Tampa and St. Petersburg, he turned unused trees into opportunity — harvesting greens and selling them directly at farmers markets.
We believe that moringa is a powerful plant that supports nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and healthier communities. By focusing on people, pets, and plants together, we create a system where prosperity and wellbeing grow side by side.
When a member launches a new website, YouTube channel, or social media page, the community members supports them by following, sharing, and helping their content reach more people. This cooperative promotion helps everyone grow faster and monetize their work sooner. We believe success multiplies when we help each other win. This is hiw we 'Social Media Swarm'.

The collective includes over 1,000 members across the world, connected through our online platform and through several scheduled in-person events throughout the year. Members can also communicate daily through our online community and meet throughout the year at gatherings. Join the discussion, all communications happen in Skool.

MoringaCon is our annual 3-day conference held each April, where members come together in person at Grow Moringa Farms. It’s a time to reconnect, learn hands-on skills, and build real relationships with others in the collective. This event sets the tone for the growing season ahead — planting seeds not just in the ground, but within the community.

MoringaFest, held every November, is our harvest celebration and community gathering. After a full season of growing, members come together to share what they’ve produced, exchange ideas, and showcase their progress. It’s a powerful reminder that the work we do throughout the year leads to real results.

Communication happens daily inside the collective through our live calls hosted on Skool. This is where members ask questions, share updates, and get real-time guidance from Kendrick and the community. It’s not just support — it’s daily momentum, accountability, and connection.

Our yearly group trips bring members together to explore moringa farms and agricultural systems around the world. These experiences deepen relationships, expand perspectives, and allow members to learn directly from different cultures and growing environments. It’s where the global vision of the collective becomes real.

In 2021 The Grow Moringa Collective was launched to solve this problem. There were huge inconsistencies in the moringa products available to Americans.
Our culture blends agriculture with technology.
Members connect online through platforms like Skool to share ideas, ask questions, and organize projects.
Technology allows growers, sellers, marketers, and entrepreneurs to work together from anywhere in the world.
You do not need land to participate in the moringa economy.
Some members grow trees. Some specialize in product creation. Some focus on sales and marketing. Together we build a complete ecosystem. Join our daily meetups on the Skool Communities App.
We believe in farming practices that restore and strengthen the land rather than deplete it. Members often practice: Regenerative agriculture, Permaculture design, Companion planting, Water retention landscaping, Soil restoration practices. Healthy soil leads to healthy plants, and healthy plants support healthy communities.
